App Router or Pages Router?
All new projects: App Router. For existing Pages Router apps, I do incremental migrations route-by-route — no big-bang rewrites.
Do you do design too?
I work from existing designs (Figma, mockups), or I can ship a clean Tailwind + Shadcn UI baseline. For deep custom design, I partner with a designer.
Vercel or self-hosted?
