Refund Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Because the product is delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final by default. We do not offer refunds simply due to a change of mind or accidental purchase.

When a Refund is Granted

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • The download link was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
  • The downloaded file is corrupt, incomplete, or cannot be opened after a re-download attempt.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at niraj@nirajiitr.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your order ID (found in your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Cashfree. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You downloaded the product successfully but changed your mind.
  • You purchased the wrong product — please review product details before buying.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The product was purchased as part of a bundle or at a discounted price during a promotional period.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
