How much does a DevOps engagement cost?
A focused audit with a written remediation plan: ₹25,000-₹60,000. Full CI/CD plus IaC migration for one product: ₹1,00,000-₹3,00,000. Ongoing retainer for on-call and infra work is billed monthly.
Can you cut our AWS bill without hurting performance?
Usually yes, and the first pass rarely touches performance at all — untagged idle resources, oversized instances, unattached volumes, missing S3 lifecycle rules, and non-prod environments running 24/7 are where most of the waste sits.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Most teams under roughly ten services do not. ECS/Fargate or a single container service plus managed Postgres covers it with far less operational overhead. I will tell you when Kubernetes is genuinely the right call and when it is not.
Can you work with our existing cloud setup?
Yes. Most of this work is on running production systems, not greenfield. Changes land incrementally behind Terraform so each step is reviewable and reversible.
